This site is intended for personal, non commercial use. You are welcome to browse, read, share links, and contact us. Please do not scrape the site, copy large amounts of content, run automated traffic against it, try to break into it, or use it in any way that interferes with other visitors.
The photos, illustrations, logo, menu descriptions, and written content on this site belong to La Joya Mexican Cafe unless we credit someone else. You may share links to our pages freely. If you want to reuse a photo or a piece of writing for something else, email us first and we will usually say yes.
When you fill out the contact or catering form, your message becomes a normal email to our inbox. Please do not send anything you consider confidential or sensitive through these forms. For private matters, call us at (415) 508-9192.
Online ordering happens on SpotOn, not on this site. When you click an order link you leave our website and your order, payment, and personal information are handled by SpotOn under SpotOn's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for issues that happen on SpotOn or other third party services.
We sometimes link to other websites, like map services, social media, or partners. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but we offer it as is. Hours, menu items, prices, and event details can change. Please call ahead if something matters.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, La Joya Mexican Cafe and the people who work for it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this website. If we are found liable for anything related to the site, our total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute related to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you agree that those courts have jurisdiction.
